We needed to replace the tires on my Equinox that we purchased from Maverick Chevrolet. We needed them in a hurry. We contacted Robert Garrett. He ordered the tires on Wednesday and they came in on Thursday. Robert had them mounted, balanced and put back on the car in less than an hour. Service like this is extremely rare but we have found it is the standard at Maverick Chevrolet. Robert and his team provide this level of service on a regular basis everyday. We will always come here for everything needed for our car.

Rex Brown III, the Service Manager, is the reason for my excellent experience. I have had 3 post-purchase issues with my Chevy Blazer EV - missing floor mat, non-working car charger, and a small crack in the windshield that resulted from the wipers having been incorrectly installed. Rex has resolved all my issues fairly and promptly. And each time when I was checking out after the repairs, he intervened and made sure the clerk understood that no further payments were due from me. His professionalism, courtesy and patience exceeded my expectations.
